Please be sure to bring you photo ID. The payout to the 1st and 2nd place will be issued in checks. We’ll need your photo ID to verify your legal name

The tournament director has the rights to change the event format depending on the number of entries and schedule

Rules & Regulations

Updated 4/30/25. Players are allowed to play with different partners in doubles or mixed events
Please check-in at the Check-In desk before your 1st match EACH DAY
Each participant in a doubles event must register separately in order to be entered into the draw
Participants will not be allowed to start their match until all fees are paid
Participants are allowed to register up to a maximum of 4 events
Depending on the number of entries, most events format will be Elimination with Consolation or Round Robin

Shuttlecock

If there is shuttlecock sponsorship, shuttlecock will be provided to all Finals matches. Otherwise, please bring you own tournament grade shuttlecocks (e.g Yonex AS30, AS50, Victor Master 1, Master Ace…etc)

Spectator

Limited spectators are allowed

Inside the Facility

Food is not allowed
Only sport drink and water are allowed
No staging and dwelling
In between matches, please wait outside the facility
Photo and video recording is allowed, but please do NOT use flash

Late Entry

After the registration deadline and prior to the draw is published, it is up to the tournament director’s discretion to accept late entry (the draw is usually published a few days after the registration deadline)
After the draw is published, no late entry is allowed

Withdrawal

Prior to the registration deadline, withdrawal is allowed. If withdraw completely from the tournament, a $25 processing fee will be charged. The total registration fee paid minus the processing fee will be refunded

Individual Age 35+, 40+, 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+

35+ – each player must be at minimum age of 35 as of 12/31/2025
40+ – each player must be at minimum age of 40 as of 12/31/2025
45+ – each player must be at minimum age of 45 as of 12/31/2025
50+ – each player must be at minimum age of 50 as of 12/31/2025
55+ – each player must be at minimum age of 55 as of 12/31/2025
60+ – each player must be at minimum age of 60 as of 12/31/2025

Combined Age 110+, 120+, 130+

110+ – combined age of both players must be 110 or above as of 12/31/2025. Each player must be at minimum age of 35 as of 12/31/2025
120+ – combined age of both players must be 120 or above as of 12/31/2025. Each player must be at minimum age of 35 as of 12/31/2025
130+ – combined age of both players must be 130 or above as of 12/31/2025. Each player must be at minimum age of 35 as of 12/31/2025
